In your browser of choice (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc.), navigate to yougetit.rmmservice.com and enter your credentials when prompted.

If you have multi-factor authentication enabled, enter the code you receive via text or through an authenticator app.
Select your organization and your device from the list of available devices.
Once you are on the device page, you will see a number of icons next to the device name. Select the icon that looks like two overlapped rectangles. This is the NinjaOne Remote service.
You will need to install the software when you connect for the first time. Select “Download for Windows (64)”.
If you are using Chrome or Edge, the download will appear in the top right corner. Click on the download once to install the program. Follow any on-screen prompts.
You may also see the following notice in your browser when you try to connect. Check the box next to “Always allow” and select “Open Ninja Remote”.
The connection will open in a new window. You will see a number of options and settings across the top. You may now use your computer remotely.
